Slovenia have been competing as an independent country in the Paralympic Games since the 1992 Games in Barcelona. In seven Games, they have won 16 medals (three gold, six silver, seven bronze). Their most recent gold medal came at Athens 2004 where Mateja PINTAR won in women's table tennis.
