Highlights
Malta participated in the inaugural Paralympic Games in 1960 in Rome, sending four athletes to compete in athletics, snooker and table tennis, all of whom won a medal (two silver, two bronze). They missed the Games of 1976 and did not return until 2008 with one athlete. They have an all-time medal count of seven (two silver, five bronze).
