In the Individual events, initial seeding matches determine who will play who. The events are then a straight knockout, with quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals.

The Pairs events start with a group stage of two pools of four teams playing each other once. The top two teams in each pool (total four teams) progress to the knockout stage.

The Team event starts with four pools of three teams playing each other once. The top two teams in each pool (total eight teams) progress through to the knockout stage.
