He was involved in the Canadian wheelchair rugby team for nearly ten years, as well as the national wheelchair tennis team for several years. It was only in 2010 that he focused his energy in boccia. "It took me a while to adapt. I'm a talkative guy so it wasn't easy for me because I have a tendency to always talk! Boccia is a gentlemen's sport so it's harder to intimidate your opponent.
