London 2012 is spreading excitement and benefits around the UK through the work of the Nations and Regions Group (NRG).

The NRG is a joint team established by the London 2012 Organising Committee and the Government Olympic Executive, with a group in every nation and region. It is part of a promise we made that London 2012 would be everyone’s Games, with everyone invited to take part and enjoy the benefits of hosting the world’s most exciting event.

Each member of the NRG chairs a task force bringing together representatives of interested parties across their nation or region. They each have a vision and plan for making the most of the Games in their area.
