London 2012 Organising Committee appoints Head of National Olympic Committee / National Paralympic Committee Services and RelationsThe London 2012 Organising Committee (LOCOG) has appointed James Macleod as Head of National Olympic Committee (NOC) and National Paralympic Committee (NPC) Services and Relations. James will be part of the Sport Department and will be responsible for delivering all the necessary services to support the NOCs and NPCs and their athletes as they prepare for the 2012 Olympic Games.
