Olympic Delivery Authority appoints Director of Infrastructure and UtilitiesSimon Wright was today appointed as the new Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) Director of Infrastructure & Utilities. He comes to the ODA from Ove Arup & Partners Ltd, where he was Director and Group Leader of Arup Project Management Europe.
