Rhythmic Gymnastics to make eighth Olympic appearance

Wembley Arena will welcome gymnasts from around the world when the London 2012 Rhythmic Gymnastics competition starts on 9 August.

    The Chinese team perform in the 3 Hoops and 2 Clubs rotation in the Group All-Around Final held at the Beijing University of Technology Gymnasium during Day 16 of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.

A total of 96 gymnasts will participate in two events – the Individual and Team All-Around competitions. It will be the the final of the three Gymnastics disciplines to take place during the London 2012 Games.

All athletes taking part in the competition will be confirmed following the sport entries deadline on 9 July 2012.
