With the start of the London 2012 Paralympic Games less than two weeks away, the London 2012 Organising Committee (LOCOG) has released a further 45,000 Paralympic tickets for sale.
More Paralympic tickets are now on sale
45,000 tickets, including lots of tickets for Athletics, were released today. More will go on sale in the lead-up to and during the Paralympic Games.

The tickets are on sale alongside the 20,000 tickets already available for the Paralympic Opening and Closing Ceremonies. To date, a record 2.2 million Paralympic tickets have been sold, with 2.5 million expected to be made available in total.

Further Paralympic tickets will become available over the coming days as venue seating plans are finalised. In some cases, seats can only be made available on a day by day and session by session basis, meaning approximately 100,000 tickets will be released for sale during the Paralympic Games.

Seb Coe, LOCOG Chair said: 'We are working flat out to stage a memorable Paralympic Games and I’m delighted that the enthusiasm and support for our Games from the UK shows no sign of wavering.'
