Marina Alabau Neira of Spain celebrates winning the gold medal in the women's RS:X Sailing on Day 11 of the London 2012 Olympic Games at Weymouth and Portland.

The Spaniard has been a dominant force in the event and rounded off her regatta in typical style, winning the medal race to seal her overall victory.

Ukraine's Olha Maslivets came in second, 27 seconds further back from the leader, but that was not enough to lift her into medal contention.

Tuuli Petaja of Finland claimed silver with a strong finish to the medal race, while Poland's Zofia Noceti-Klepacka finished third on the day to claim bronze overall.
