Seb Coe and Steve Cram mark 1,500 days to go until the start of the London 2012 Olympic GamesThe photocall took place yesterday as part of Seb's visit to the North East, where he saw firsthand how the region is taking up the opportunities presented by the London 2012 Games.
He visited Tees Barrage, a Pre-Games Training Camp for Canoeing; met with several Beijing 2008 Olympic and Paralympic competitors, and regional 2012 Games hopefuls; and learned about how sport and fitness plays its part in 'Beating T2D', a health project run by Teesside University.
The London 2012 Games kick off on 27 July 2012 with the Opening Ceremony at the Olympic Stadium.
