Robertson and Emms are looking to gain valuable qualifying points at the event, which serves as a qualifying tournament for the World Championships in California in August.
The Olympic silver medallists are in rich form, having reached the final of the Danish Open last month.
London 2012's acclaimed 'Sport at Heart' film will be shown on giant video screens at the National Indoor Arena, which will also be branded with the distinctive bid logo.
