London proves Host City credentials

One of the top attractions will be Brazil vs Portugal at Arsenal’s stadium, as well as Nigeria vs Ghana at Brentford, Greece vs South Korea at Craven Cottage and Australia vs Denmark at Queen’s Park Rangers.

Philipp Grothe, from the company which owns the rights to Brazilian friendly matches, said: "It is a big compliment to the authorities in London that so many matches are being staged.

"Being able to host four matches this week will also be a very good indicator for the 2012 Olympics."
