Planning powers over the Olympic Park area have passed to the ODAPlanning information including submitted applications and decisions made can now be found online at london2012.com/planning, as well as at a new office in Stratford.
Lorraine Baldry, Chairman of the ODA Planning Committee, said: "The Government has given the Olympic Delivery Authority the power to set up this Committee so that planning decisions within the Olympic Park area are decided by one dedicated planning team, to help ensure the venues and infrastructure for the 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games are delivered on time.
"I am delighted to be working with my fellow committee members who are councillors from the local boroughs or independent members.
"It is important that local people know how the Committee works and how they can engage with it, and I urge them to pick up a leaflet locally, drop in at the new planning decisions office in Stratford or take a look at the website."
