South West welcomes the Roadshow

Sir Keith Mills, Deputy Chair of London 2012, and Jack Lemley, Chair of the Olympic Delivery Authority, were among the guests.

Another important youth sports event, the Devon Youth Games in Tiverton, was the next stop for the Roadshow. Sir Keith gave awards to young athletes and wished them well with their future sporting careers.

Brickfields Recreation Ground in Plymouth was the final destination of the day, where businesses from the region heard more about the opportunities arising from London 2012.

On Sunday the 2012 Roadshow will continue its tour of the South West, visiting Bath and Bristol.
