International General Counsel at Goldman Sachs, Miller was named one of the top 50 General Counsels in Europe in 2005.
Paul Deighton today welcomed the appointment as a key addition to London 2012's senior management team.

"It involves more than 200 nations, thousands of athletes and spectators, and several of the world's most prestigious businesses and companies, whose interests all have to be protected in order to achieve efficient planning and staging of the Games.
"It is vital that the proper legal and ethical infrastructure is put in place. Terry has a vast amount of experience in this field and will make a huge contribution to the team."
Terry Miller said: "I am delighted to be joining the London 2012 team in such a challenging and exciting position.
"This is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and I look forward to contributing all my energy and experience to its success."
