London's blueprint for the 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games was revealed on 19 November 2004.

Culture, Media and Sport Secretary Tessa Jowell and Mayor of London Ken Livingstone joined London 2012 Chairman Sebastian Coe for the launch event.
