Members of the public can visit a new office from today to find out about plans for the development of the Olympic Park site.
The Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) Planning Committee has opened a public planning office in Burford Road, Stratford, providing information on planning issues and answering questions from visitors.
Open Monday to Friday, the office is one of various ways in which the ODA is consulting local communities on new planning applications.
Other methods include exhibitions, publications and briefings for local organisations.
ODA Chief Executive David Higgins said: "It is vital that planning for the new Olympic Park is done in partnership with the local communities who will continue to use it after 2012."
