The 2012 Roadshow is currently touring Northern Ireland, spreading the message that everybody in the UK can be involved in the 2012 Games.

The first stop was in the city of Derry yesterday, where the 2012 Roadshow team saw sports demonstrations and heard more about how the city is working hard to develop judo and other sports.

Earlier today, the Deputy Chairman of the London organising committee Sir Keith Mills and IOC Member and London 2012 board member Sir Craig Reedie were joined by Olympic Gold medallist Dame Mary Peters and Olympic medallist Steve Cram in Antrim, Jordanstown, Belfast and Bangor.

At Belfast City Hall there was a reunion for numerous Olympians from Northern Ireland and the crowd was able to hear from some of their favourite athletes from the past.

Dame Mary Peters said: "Everybody in Belfast can be part of 2012, whether as competitors, volunteers, spectators or by taking advantage of business opportunities."
