Today the 2012 Roadshow toured south Wales, spreading the inspirational message of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games.
After a business breakfast in Newport, the Roadshow bus stopped at the Wales National Velodrome en route to the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.
Around 1000 school children taking part in sports activities gave a warm welcome to the Roadshow team, which included famous Welsh athletes including Lynn Davies and Tim Benjamin.
Debbie Jevans, Director of Sport for London 2012 and Jackie Brock-Doyle, Director of Communications, saw some of the sports activities and inspected the stadium, which will host matches in the Football tournament in 2012.
Debbie Jevans spoke about the opportunities arising from the Games for people in Wales.
She said: "If we all work together everybody can be part of the Games in 2012. We look forward to continuing our successful co-operation with Wales."
Swansea was the next city to host the Roadshow, before the final stop of the day in Carmarthen.
On Tuesday the 2012 Roadshow bus will be in North Wales.
