"The new Board members bring bags of expertise, experience and knowledge to the task of completing the 2012 facilities from the public and private sectors. We have top international talent with Jack Lemley and David Higgins; now we have the best of British too."

Jack Lemley, Chairman of the Olympic Delivery Authority, said: "The ODA has a big challenge ahead of it but also a great opportunity to showcase the talents of the UK over the next six years.
