Londoner Andrea Whitcombe triumphed over an exceptional elite field in the 10th London Triathalon at the weekend.

Tim Don is one of the elite competitors at the London Triathlon this weekend
The Middlesex athlete won in a time of one hour, 57min and 38sec, ahead of Kiwi Sam Warriner and Manchester's Liz Blatchford in third.
In the men's race, South African Henry de Villiers claimed first position ahead of Londoner Tim Don, with Manchester's Olly Freeman just beaten into third.
Starting at 2012 venue ExCel London, competitors completed a 1500m swim in the Royal Victoria Docks, followed by a 10km run and 40km cycle, taking in some of London's most famous landmarks.
