There are lots of ways to get involved in the 2012 Games in your region - whether it's volunteering, taking up a new sport or getting your business ready to win a Games-related contract.
The 2012 Games are everyone's Games. So if you live in Yorkshire and Humber there are lots of ways to get involved.
There will be opportunities to volunteer during the Games - but why not start now in your local community? The Cultural Olympiad will reach out across the whole region, bringing arts and other exciting events to your area. You could use the 2012 spirit now and make a video diary of your year or take up dance. Yorkshire businesses will be among many UK firms benefiting from business opportunities created by the Games.
