Salaries
Salaries are competitive within the market. We operate a discretionary bonus scheme based upon the achievement of objectives measured through a performance management framework.
Bonus awards are based on performance against specific ODA business deliverables.
We also offer a number of other benefits in addition to the financial package and these make up the total reward package.
Pension
We offer membership of a stakeholder pension plan. The ODA makes an employer contribution of 6 per cent of employees’ basic salary, and will match up to a further 6 per cent if employees make a contribution themselves to their pension plans.

We offer a range of employee health and wellbeing initiatives, including an employee assistance programme, annual medical checks and an online health promotion service.
Season ticket loan
We offer an interest free-loan for employees to purchase season tickets or a bike.
Gym membership
We have discounted rates at local gyms and will also contribute an amount per month towards membership.
