Our approach to reward and benefits reflects who we are and what we do.
We are a major sports project organisation that will not exist beyond 2012. So we keep things simple and affordable.
Project working can mean long and unsocial hours, but our staff find time to have fun, relax together and not lose sight of our passion for sport and our desire to stage a memorable games for London and the UK.
We focus on the health and well-being of our staff and provide a range of benefits to support this.
We pay fairly and what we can afford, though it will not be the place for people who want to get rich!
We provide an annual bonus linked to performance, the chance to join a good pension scheme (if staff pay in two per cent, the company pays in eight per cent) and at least 25 days’ leave each year (plus bank holidays).
We also provide life assurance (four times salary) and subsidised gym membership (to keep staff fit and healthy).
We also offer childcare vouchers, ‘bike for work’ scheme and an employee assistance helpline.
