Job description

Key responsibilities/accountabilities include the following:


  • Provide administrative support to the HR Ops Team
  • Responsible for the accurate maintenance and administration of the HR systems
  • Maintain HR records and documentation, producing various reports / stats as required
  • Assist with conducting company Induction
  • Manage new starter, leaver and change of term HR admin to high standards which meet internal and external audit requirements
  • Assist with payroll administration
  • Liaise with all internal departments on HR matters as required
  • Act as a point of contact for HR enquiries
     

Skills, knowledge and experience required:


  • Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint expertise
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise
  • High level of attention to detail 
  • Ability to multi-task and to plan and prioritise effectively
  • Preferably holds CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice
  • HR administrative experience is essential
  • Prior experience of payroll administration is essential
