Who is our programme for?

Schools - using the Games in the classroom and wider school activities helping to make learning more relevant, interesting and fun.

Colleges and universities - there will be special programmes to involve students. Some institutions might provide additional services to support the Games.

Communities and other learning providers - in the UK and around the world will be a part of it.

The official London 2012 education programme launches in 2008.

The programme will offer children and young people in the UK and around the world ways to get involved - no matter what they are inspired by.

This section will let you know about our plans for the future and how we are progressing.

The programme will help us achieve our aims to:
- create a memorable Games experience;
- inspire young people around the world; and
- create long-term benefits for communities.
