When does it start?
The four-year Cultural Olympiad kicks off with Open Weekend, 26-28 September 2008
The four-year Cultural Olympiad was an integral part of our bid for the 2012 Games.
Major, large-scale projects featured in the bid and will form the backbone of our cultural activities, featuring everything from art to music to theatre.
The projects will be funded and delivered in partnership with other arts and culture organisations and bodies around the UK.
The projects are still in early planning stages – more details will be available soon.
