Highlights
Antigua and Barbuda were first represented at the Montreal 1976 Olympic Games by a 10-man team in athletics and cycling, and have been present at every Summer Games since 1984, competing in athletics, boxing, canoeing, cycling, swimming and sailing.
Donald CHRISTIAN represented his country in cycling in Montreal in 1976 and his son, Brendan, competed in the 200m at Athens 2004 and Beijing 2008.
Sprinter Heather SAMUEL competed at four consecutive Olympic Games from 1992. Three members of one family represented Antigua in 1996. Brothers Jacob and Pieter and sister Heidi LEHRER all took part in canoeing.
They have yet to win a medal.
