Prior to joining LOCOG as the Human Resources Director, Jean was an advisor to the BBC and Group HR Director at Marks & Spencer plc. Previous roles include HR Director of Egg plc, Sales and Operations Director of Prudential Direct. Jean had a classic foundation to her career as a graduate trainee at Ford, starting in personnel, training and labour relations.
