Jayne, LOCOG Head of Press Operations

Jayne Pearce is Head of Press Operations at LOCOG. She has worked in the media operations and communications sector for over 23 years. Jayne has been involved in the organisation of well over 50 major international events thus far in her career. She is a veteran of five previous Olympic Games, five Football World Cups (men's and women's) and every level of track and field athletics. Amongst her roles she has worked as a media consultant to the International Olympic Committee and Press Director of the International Association of Athletics Federations. In her spare time Jayne is busy looking after her daughter, Fionnuala, as well as playing squash and netball.
