It is always refreshing to re-enter a world where performance is measurable in a way in which it isn’t in most professions. And equally refreshing to sit with a group of the young competitors so hungry to learn anything that might make that difference to their performance in competition.
From young Gymnasts (below) to more seasoned Hockey players, all with one dream – just being the best and winning in their own back yard, in London 2012.
