HYPNOTICISM
When Army School and the birth of his child prevented him from training as he normally would before the 2010 ISSF World Cup, he turned to the PA Hypnosis Centre in Pittsburgh for some 'Smart Training'. While he didn't train as much on the range, he was seen by hypnotist and mental trainer, Dan Vitchoff, who used 'The 33 Method', a mental relaxation and conditioning program, and he subsequently won the gold in the Men's Double Trap Shooting.
