Michael Phelps receives a special award from FINA
Dr. Julio Maglione, President of FINA (the international governing body of sport) embraces Michael Phelps of the United States after presenting him with a special award for his career achievements on Day 8 at the Aquatics Centre. Phelps won his 18th gold medal at London 2012.
