EUROPEAN MOVE
Despite overtures from Portsmouth, PSV Eindhoven, Hamburg and Porto, he allowed Manager Tony Mowbray to lure him to Celtic FC in the Scottish Premier League in January 2010 from FC Seoul. But by September he was frustrated by the lack of opportunities new Celtic manager Neil Lennon had given him. "I'm good with coach Lennon. But I don't fully understand what he wants from me in the game. He does not talk much in training so it's difficult to understand his intention." He said he must remain positive about his ability to make an impact at the Glasgow club. (celticfc.net, goal.com, 08 Sep 2010)
