She has won three out of the five career marathons she has run as of January 2012. She also took the silver medal at the 2011 World Championships in Daegu alongside Kenyan athletes Edna Kiplagat [gold] and Sharon Cherop [bronze] to make the first podium shut-out in history for a marathon at a global event.
