US STINT BRINGS MATURITY
In 2010-11 he lived and trained in the United States. According to his coach Jean-Christophe Tricard, who has known him since he was 13, this was a major step in his maturity. "He left alone for the United States. He had to look after himself all alone, live by himself, and overcome the language barrier. He did it, and when he came back he was no longer a kid."
