RESCUE
In August 2006, he and three teammates rescued a 75-year-old man from drowning after he fell off his dinghy. The man suffered hypothermia after being submerged, and police said he was rescued just in time and would have died if he had been in the water much longer. (Mosman Rowing, 13 Nov 2007)
