Hi I’m Kathryn and I work in the Park health medical centre as the  receptionist. I arrived here at the Olympic Park in December 2007 having previously worked in construction for almost two years.Working in the medical centre on the Park can be a challeng

 
While working in reception I meet lots of people and really enjoy hearing what is happening out on site. The Olympic Park is enormous and there’s lots to see as it is changing daily. I jumped at the opportunity to be a part of  'life at the London 2012' as it meant being part of history in the making.

I love working in construction and seeing what is going on. I believe this is a great project to be a part of and seeing east London transform will be an excellent experience.

The Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) recently that the highest safety standards are being met on the construction site of the Olympic Park with over two million working hours achieved without a reportable accident.

Park health medical centre is where the Olympic Park’s occupational health team are based. The team are responsible for monitoring the health of site workers.
