On the 12th December to the 13th December my team, CCE went to Stoke Mandeville for our Staff Away Day. My buddy Annie Corrigan did a brilliant job in organising the day. I helped her with the travel bookings and also the dinner for the evening. I had lots of fun and learnt lots too. We all got a tour of the venue and learnt the history and how it came into existence.
We had a lovely time. On the night that we arrived, we had our team dinner. At the end of the dinner we did our secret Santa. Nathan and I received a small gift from our department as a thank you. This was really nice and very much appreciated.
Being in CCE has thought me so much. I even have my very own catch phrase “oh my days”. And who better to spot it than those who work close to me; my line-manager and buddy.
My time spent in CCE was a lot of fun and an unforgettable experience. Nathan and I would both love to join the CCE team for our final placement.
My next placement is with Nations & Regions. Not too far away from CCE which is a good thing for me.
I’m counting down the days. The excitement as started all over again. I went to meet the team and they all seem very nice and thrilled to have me join their team.
