We’re breaking new ground with our approach to procurement and the questions I was asked, especially about the team simulation section of Competitive Dialogue, were interesting and timely given that there are some other very high profile procurements that are going to use this approach in the near future.

The pace of ODA procurement is about to accelerate dramatically so feedback from the businesses who will be bidding for contracts is a really useful way of making sure we’re getting it right.
