Once they have finished their studies, got their Masters degrees and go into jobs in HR, many of them will be in organisations that are either connected with the Games or that will benefit from the Games, so hopefully they can take some of this thinking and hard work with them into their future careers. The students were also really clued up about how important issues like sustainability, diversity and legacy are to London 2012.
