At the end of the session we gave them an update on some of the facilities that would be left behind in the area after the Games in 2012. All the keen swimmers in the group seemed particularly excited to hear that the Aquatics Centre will provide them with two brand new 50-metre swimming pools and a diving pool after the Games, which will have added kudos once used by all the Olympic and Paralympic athletes in 2012.
