This year, the Newham Classic 10K is taking place on Sunday 18 April and we have already got more runners signed up for the run than last year. Now all we have to do is beat our running times. I’m sure being near the Olympic Park and the major London 2012 venues taking shape will spur us on.
There is a real buzz about the run this year, not only because the community is raring to go but so many more local people from different cultural backgrounds are taking part.
