Seb Coe, LOCOG Chair: Good morning, this is Seb Coe, and the good news is this is not your driver speaking. The bad news, I've got Daley Thompson here who is. So welcome on board for a special time trial to mark three years to go.

In 2012 this train will form part of the Javelin service, which will carry spectators between central London and the Olympic Park up to 12 times an hour.

This train will depart prompt, as scheduled at 9.42. Enjoy your journey.

John Armitt, ODA Chairman: Well the beauty of coming from St Pancras on the Javelin is, as we saw this morning just under seven minutes. So from the centre of London and into Stratford, we can handle 25,000 people in and out of Stratford and what was great about this morning is seeing  how smooth it is and how quick it is. Barely have you sat down, you're arriving.

Boris Johnson, Mayor of London: I'm incredibly excited and I'm dazzled by what the ODA has done. It was only 15 months ago that you and I were last here and it was just a muddy match of earth as far as I can remember and look at what they've built, unbelievable!

Tom Daley, Team GB Diver: London here are doing a great job and I think that the Aquatics Centre that I might be competing in looks amazing. I've seen the roof so far and it's a funky shape, and that's what you need. You need something different and unique to stand out.

Tessa Jowell, Olympics Minister: The steel from for the Stadium here, that's come from Bolton. The steel for the Aquatics Centre here, that's come from Newport. The architects designing the electricity sub-station, they come from Glasgow. A Scottish firm building the Basketball court. So there is economic gold here for the whole of the UK.

Seb Coe: If you'd said to me four years ago in Singapore, where would you like to be at this moment I'd say right here. Right here in a Stadium that 15 months ago we were cutting the first soil. Now we have a Stadium. In two years time we'll have something to properly test events, and we're still a year off the Games. So we've made remarkable progress.
