London 2012 is committed to getting under-represented groups such as women into the construction industry. There are now over 270 women working on the Olympic Park.
It was fantastic to meet some of these women and hear about the roles they play have in delivering this project, ranging from traffic marshals, architects and bricklayers to engineers and ecologists.
