Loved the Olympic Games...can't wait to get out to Beijing

Hi Friends, Hope you've been watching the Games in Beijing like I have, it's been brilliant. We came 4th in the world which isn't bad at all for a small country is it? Me and my family watched the Cycle Racing, Gymnastics and Boxing mostly - which was a b

Then, from every corner of the stadium came all the people who competed in the games waving flags that represent their country. The China flag gets a big roar from the crowd...well, they did win the most medals. Many of the sports people have got video cameras and are videoing the crowd to remember the day and 2008 games. That's what I'm going to do when I get there for the Paralympic Games so I don't forget a moment of it.

After some speeches, Boris Johnson (my dad says he's the man with the white hair who's the mayor of London) takes the Olympic Flag from the major or Beijing and will bring it back home ready to put up at the 2012 Games.

A big red London bus came out next followed by three cyclists, one is Chris Hoy who is my favourite athlete and has won three gold medals for Cycling at the 2008 Games. The bus changes like a transformer into a screen showing all the pictures of how London will look in 2012 and then David Beckham comes out and the crowd go loopy, think they know who he is!

Lots of people close the Games singing farewell and fireworks go off all round the stadium again and it's the end....phew.....can't wait for 2012!! And the Paralympic Games before of course!!
