The judges recognised the significance of the Inclusive Design Strategy and Standards and commented:
'This is a specialised but groundbreaking document that sets new standards in its field. It combines an overarching access strategy for the London 2012 venues, together with the kind of really detailed design standards that will ensure successful implementation'.
This success has spurred us on to enter, and hopefully win one of the Royal Town Planning Institute National Awards in February 2010!
