Listen to Chris Holmes: on being a Paralympian, his new role, and more

Today, as we get ready for three years to go to the Paralympic Games, we announce the appointment of Chris Holmes as Director of Paralympic Integration. A winner of nine Paralympic Swimming gold medals, he's truly inspirational.

We chatted to Chris about his career - continuing with swimming even when he lost his sight overnight; the importance of sport for young people; his hopes for London 2012; the challenges ahead and more.
