It's been brilliant thanks!

Day 5 Beijing. Got up very early again (7.00am) - this is harder than school! (more fun though) for the trip to see the Great Wall and Emperor Ming's Tomb. He was like the King of China hundreds of years ago and built the Great Wall to stop bad people com

In the afternoon we went to visit the Emperor's Tomb where he was buried. It was very big and there was a great big statue of him where people left money as good luck. After a toilet break, bit smelly but a proper toilet not a hole which I was hoping for (my mum would like the photo of where the toilets are as it's the first thing she asks for when we go on a trip!)

We then went on to visit one of his gardens and see the statues in there. I also found out why the airport is shaped like a dragons head and turtle shell (see day 1 blog). Apparently baby dragons have a turtles body and a dragons head, so that explains that then!

The whole trip's been brilliant and we've really enjoyed everything we've seen and done...not looking forward to School on Thursday but if I keep telling the teachers about all the things I've seen and done I might just get out of double maths!

Thank you London Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games and Visa I've had lots of experiences on this trip and made some new friends and a great scrap book to remember it all by. I hope all the children have enjoyed my blogs and I would definitely recommend visiting China, the people are very, very nice and the country is great to see.

Good bye and thank you for reading my blogs.
